ON TIME ARRIVAL

Team Members at ToDoListNow value our Customers time and our time. In order to support this goal, the ToDoListNow team members will:

Arrive at the job site at the agreed upon start time.

Call the Customer a minimum of 1 hour prior to a job if we will not be at the job site at the agreed upon start time.

CLEANLINESS

Team Members at ToDoListNow value the cleanliness of our Customers living and work areas. In order to support this goal, the ToDoListNow team members will:

Vacuum after each job and bag all trash.

Leave the job site in a cleaner condition than when the job was started.

GOOD COMMUNICATION

Team Members at ToDoListNow value the mutual understanding of the job to be performed between our Customer and our team. In order to support this goal, the ToDoListNow team members will:

Provide a detailed quote (for all work that is quoted); and a detailed invoice (for all work).

Communicate well with each other on the ToDoListNow Team.

Clearly communicate what type of jobs we can and cannot do.

Team Members at ToDoListNow value our Customers level of quality. In order to support this goal, the ToDoListNow team members will:

Give free quotes with 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Perform every job as if it is our own home or place of business.

Listen to our Customers desired results, and use the best quality materials for best results.

Team Members at ToDoListNow value the relationship with our Customers. In order to support this goal, the ToDoListNow team members will:

Start and end each job with a smile.

ToDoListNow is not open for business on Sundays.

ToDoListNow encourages employees to prayerfully seek God's direction for all Company decisions.

Each job over $2500 is binding with a signed contract. The contract specifies the job scope and total payment. - Jobs less than two weeks are billed: 50% due at the beginning of the job and 50% due at completion.

Jobs over $2500 that are greater than two weeks are billed on a progressive statement every two weeks.
